The Matchmaker

The Matchmaker is a movie starring Jeanine Garafalo and David O'Hara. The premise is that Jeanine works for a Boston Irish Senator who needs to find his roots in Ireland. She ends up in the middle of a matchmaking festival with predictable results. But the scenary is beautiful, showing the Irish coast and Aran Islands. And there is the genealogy hook, trying to find the Senator's family. Turns out that he's not Irish, but it's a great little romantic comedy.
